1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Flock360 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Flock360 is a SaaS platform for poultry farm management. We provide tools for flock tracking, production records, financial management, and analytics. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including reverse engineering, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Flock360. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flock360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
